The Department of Labor has now updated its FMLA forms that expired, by their own terms, on May 31, 2018. Because it was late, the DoL extended the viability of the old forms through June 2018 and then through August 2018. In conjunction with the new FMLA regulations released earlier this month, the Department of Labor is requiring employers to use an updated FMLA poster to inform employees of their rights under the Act. The new poster informs military service members, airline personnel, and families of their rights to leave.
